NP3 Fastigheter förvärvar fastigheter för 318 miljoner kronor

NP3 Fastigheter har i tre separata transaktioner förvärvat åtta fastigheter för ett underliggande fastighetsvärde om 318,5 miljoner kronor. Fastigheterna omfattar en uthyrningsbar area om 51 000 kvadratmeter och är fullt uthyrda. Hyresvärdet uppgår till 24,4 miljoner kronor.

NP3 förvärvar sex fullt uthyrda industrifastigheter av AB Sagax för ett underliggande fastighetsvärde om 233 miljoner kronor. Fastigheterna är belägna i Västerås, Örebro, Eskilstuna, Karlstad, Enköping och Karlskoga. Fastigheterna omfattar 27 500 kvadratmeter uthyrningsbar area och en markareal om 118 000 kvadratmeter. Det årliga hyresvärdet uppgår till 18,6 miljoner kronor och den genomsnittliga återstående löptiden för hyresavtalen uppgår till 9 år. Fastigheterna har tillträtts i dag med undantag för fastigheten i Karlskoga som beräknas tillträdas under det fjärde kvartalet 2019. Förvärvet är i enlighet med den utlagda strategin att växa i ett nytt affärsområde kring städerna Västerås, Örebro och Karlstad.

En industrifastighet har förvärvats i Sundsvall för ett underliggande fastighetsvärde om 69,5 miljoner kronor. Den uthyrningsbara arean uppgår till 21 500 kvadratmeter och markarealen till 21 000 kvadratmeter. Det årliga hyresvärdet uppgår till 4,1 miljoner kronor. Fastigheten är fullt uthyrd och tillträds den 30 september 2019.

En industrifastighet har förvärvats i Gävle för ett underliggande fastighetsvärde om 16 miljoner kronor. Den uthyrningsbara arean uppgår till 2 000 kvadratmeter och markarealen till 10 000 kvadratmeter. Det årliga hyresvärdet uppgår till 1,7 miljoner kronor. Fastigheten är fullt uthyrd och tillträds den 1 oktober 2019.

AIR Worldwide is a Verisk (Nasdaq:VRSK) business. According to AIR, Typhoon Faxai made landfall in Yokosuka, a southern suburb of Tokyo, on the main island of Honshu at around 3:00 a.m. local time Monday, September 9, with 1-minute sustained wind speeds of 170km/h (105 mph). Faxai crossed Tokyo Bay to strike Tokyo City with winds still equivalent to a strong Category 2 hurricane.
