Deutsche Telekom Introduces DeutschlandLAN CloudPBX Native UC, Powered by BroadSoft
HANNOVER, Germany, 2017-03-21 08:00 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BroadSoft, Inc. (NASDAQ:BSFT), a global unified communications as a service (UCaaS) leader, today announced it is powering the Deutsche Telekom CloudPBX offer DeutschlandLAN CloudPBX. Users of this Deutsche Telekom solution will benefit from a native dialer and make use of a self-care portal mobile application which provides advanced feature control. The offer includes a complete unified messaging experience, including: delivery of integrated HD audio, one number, messaging, screen sharing, file sharing and conferencing.
To date, the native phone dialer UC experience on mobile devices has limited business users to basic calling features that fall short of the communication needs of today’s mobile-centric workforce. Additionally, other over-the-top (OTT) cloud PBX and unified communications services have provided a complicated user experience, leaving customers to awkwardly tie together separate wireline and wireless numbers to support mobile workers.
DeutschlandLAN CloudPBX offers all German business markets, between 2 and 10,000 seats, advanced business features within the native mobile dialer, with the enhanced offer of a turnkey self-managed solution via an advanced feature portal. By integrating bMobile – an embedded BroadSoft capability that enables multi-device, multi-identity advanced business calling features and capabilities – with Deutsche Telekom’s superior network technology, the solution powered by BroadSoft allows employees to leverage DeutschlandLAN CloudPBX services from any compatible device and benefit from an improved customer experience.
“Deutsche Telekom has trusted BroadSoft products for 10 years,” said Peter Arbitter, Head of Portfolio & Marketing - Enterprise Customers, Deutsche Telekom, “Signing up to the Powered by BroadSoft program will be a key enabler in helping us build and sustain market leadership, and we believe DeutschlandLAN CloudPBX is a significant game changer for businesses of all sizes in the German market.”
“Businesses need a productive mobile experience to succeed in today’s competitive climate, where every call is a missed opportunity,” said Marco Meier, vice president of sales, BroadSoft Germany. “Deutsche Telekom’s innovative routes to market, with the ability to serve customers from their business sales teams, their retail stores, and their large partner community, provide a best-in-class sales and support experience for business customers.”

Perfectus Aluminum Inc. Responds to Trade Group19.10.2017 13:00 | Pressemelding
ONTARIO, Calif., Oct. 19, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Perfectus Aluminum Inc. has issued the following: On October 12, 2017 the Aluminum Extruders Council (AEC), an industry group representing largely American aluminum extruders, posted to its blog a false narrative regarding a suit to which Perfectus Aluminum Inc. is a related party. The government is not "seeking unpaid duties from Perfectus for goods brought into the country." Rather, the government is attempting to use a 2017 Department of Commerce determination to assess retroactive antidumping duties on goods imported as early as 2011. It is discouraging that AEC would tout such an obviously egregious government overstep as a "victory" to their members and the industry: were it one of AEC's own members facing such an obvious violation of fair play and due process, it would rightfully argue that government overreach is a threat to manufacturers everywhere. In addition to the hypocrisy of the AEC's promotion of this case, its s
