Delticom AG: Biker Summer 2016: Most Bikers Travel Several Thousand Kilometres Every Year
For the fourth time, Moto-tyres.co.uk, the online biker shop from Delticom, Europe’s largest online tyre retailer, asked bike fans from ten European countries about their preferred biking summer. Over 5,000 bike fans from throughout Europe provided details of their biking preferences. This means that more than four times as many riders took part in the survey as last year. Participants were eligible to win prizes worth over 2,000 euros - including high-quality accessories for their next trip, and vouchers for a new set of tyres.

The results of the survey paint a picture of the typical European biker. All participants answered three questions which tracked the plans of bike lovers: about their planned tour lengths in kilometres, as well as in numbers of days, and their preferred brand of tyres.
Just over a third (34%) of British bikers were planning tours with a total length between 3,000 and 5,500 kilometres. This showed a preference for trips which can be completed over a long weekend: for the majority of respondents (23%), their longest trip would last between two and five days. When it comes to tyre brands, the Brits bet on European products and premium brands: the most popular manufacturers are Michelin, Bridgestone, and Metzeler.
“We are delighted to have convinced so many bikers across Europe to complete our survey. Finding out about their individual preferences was fun and exciting. The results show the extent to which the sport of motorbiking fascinates people - from hobby bikers who prefer short weekend breaks, to real enthusiasts, who will happily be on the road for more than two weeks, and who will cover more than 12,000 kilometres during their trip. This wide variety of driving profiles must, of course, be reflected in the choice of tyres on offer”, says Oliver Pflaum of Moto-tyres.co.uk. “Bikers often know exactly which set-up suits them and their machine. That’s why we offer a comprehensive range.”

The data show comparable efficacy between CT-P13, reference infliximab and adalimumab in relation to PNR, LOR and ADR rates. In addition, at week 54, the remission rate was 39.7%, 39.0% and 32.7% for reference infliximab, CT-P13 and adalimumab treated patients, respectively.1 The PANTS study investigates

Another Victory for SPI in Stolichnaya Trademark Dispute16.2.2018 07:01 | Pressemelding
On February 5, 2018, in Linz, SPI Group achieved yet another significant legal victory in its long-running dispute with Russian state-owned entity Federal Treasury Enterprise Sojuzplodoimport (FKP or FTE) over the ownership of SPI Group’s Stolichnaya and Moskovskaya trademarks. The Appellate Court of Linz ruled in favour of SPI Group, confirming their ownership of both trademarks in Austria. In its decision, the Austrian Appellate Court held that the Dutch interim judgments as well as the later Dutch judgments do not have any binding effect on the Austrian proceedings. The Austrian Court also: rejected the Dutch Courts’ approach that an invalidity of the Russian privatization would not be subject to any limitation period; noted that the approach used by the Dutch Courts’ ignores the fact that the privatization had for many years been considered by all persons involved, including the Russian State, as legal and had been implemented and “lived” as such, until the change of political powe
